How do you plan to reduce your worrying? Winston Churchill gave us a great quote and his answer is to plan.
I am going to take it one step further than that, as we all worry about the future. A least with a plan we are actively involved in the outcome and not just waiting for our worries to become reality. But even with a plan, there can be difficulties along the way, which can cause us to abandon them or worry that our plan is not going to work.
So what is the additional magic sauce to make it easier. Well here it is, every good plan needs a vision, aspiration, goal or mission. Without it, the drive and passion for achieving your plan can be easily lost. When things get difficult and you start to worry, your drive will come from the additional magic sauce.
It will become the compass that keeps your plan moving forward in the right direction, even if it has to change to achieve it.
